The last but not least is if your flag is taken when you kill the flag carrier if one of your team touch\'s the flag it will go back to your spawn area. Changes from Beta 1 include a fix for an exploit using the "drop item" key in the FFA variant, and new HUD icons in the Team Variant. Also, a number of the more critical gametype cvars have been locked, so that they can only be changed between rounds. Oh, and guns, too. ;-) The Team variant is quite robust (IMO), and I suggest you check it out in the game, then read the UsefulCvars.txt file to familiarize yourself with the game's various options.[/quote]I got a chance to play this mod 1 vs 1 with the author (Reverend Ted) and although I could only play for 15 minutes, it was pretty fun! When I first heard the name of this mod I was thinking more of actually killing a somebody with a ball, and not killing the man carrier the ball. The "ball" is now still a standard CTF flag but Reverend Ted is considering making a real ball model :) that'd be great! So go check this out, it's pretty cool! Finally now we need a mod where you can actually kill somebody by throwing a ball at them :) aka SoF 2 for Kids :D
