choppers here's your chance at some air to air combat. Ground to air combat is also an option; but not advisible, there are no armories so you will have to rely on the patrol boats found in the middle of the map for anti-air purposes. there are also obsticles in mid-air to weed out unwary pilots. Oh and dont hit the roof on the way out of the spawn point.
in airpower yet the rebel team have more armor and infantry support vehicles; flat rolling terrains allows an effective armor assault, infantry should pack lots of stingers as enemy aircrafts can be lethal when its rocketing your spawn
landscape is filled with forests and ruined buildings providing cover and perfect for ambushes, the central objective is located in the middle of the map consisting of a uber high guard tower with 4 .50 cal MG overlooking the area.

it, Joint Ops plays the role of the allies, where the vast vehicles and firepower is avaliable; everything short of an airstrike! make the most of it, park strkyers and heavy weapons on the barge and even the PBRs, you will need it! the map is loosely based on the normandy beach; although its somewhat smaller than expected, there\'s also a back route in so if the front doesnt work; knock on the back door, which is way less well defended than the front. If you\'re born to be a rebel; here the deal, you have no vehicles so dont even think about going force-on-force or you\'ll be krushed like a bug, instead make the most of the emplaced wepons , you have .50cal / Mk19 and M139, whole NESTS of them, use them! sniping is also an idea but be sure to stay outta range or again you\'ll get run over. Joint ops ppl; take note that there\'s a small island out of reach for rebel\'s nade launchers and .50cals, you may find it a fine sniping platform!
all the choppers and strkyer, and the bunker level where you\'ll find a few jeeps and emplaced .50cal for your anti air pleasure, on the top level there seems to be a heli pad but theres no chooper on it lol. The opposing team is seperated by a forest ; where you\'ll find some cover if you\'re going on foot; but its probably best to go in vehicles; strkyers are always useful in its anti air capacity. 1 thing to note is that this map doesnt have that much air power as its name suggests; its a fine mix between land and air assault .
Patrol Boat, Amphibious assault boat, NBO-105, Super Puma, Halo Area of Interest: This map has many islands and both Joint Ops, Rebel have taken 2 islands. The big islnad is a key foothold in conquering your opponent, It is also recommend theat you form small squads to attack your opponent, seeing that most places are well defended
so watch out for snipers and RPGers, lots of CQB action in the town itself, most buildings can be entered and heavy MGs can be deployed on 2nd/3rd floors of buildings so get plenty of support weapons. Armories are available towards the entrance of the city.
whilist the map is open , however the effective combat are is small; both teams contend for the hidden fortress not far from the spawns; although bridges; high hills creates obsticales you must overcome to get there. Its amusing that the author have thown in some automated transport, there\'s a fishing boat controlled by bots you can get onto that\'ll take you to the lost fortress. Bear in mind however the fotress is secured through a network of emplaced weapons not to mention the stash of vehicles. the primary transportation method is obviously by boat; and there are barges for you to pack some serious firepower when ya assaulting. Air transportation is also possible but requires pretty skilled pilots; on 1 hand you dont wanna fly too high , for fear of those stingers comin at ya; yet flying too low could mean hittin the side of the mountains, Even the landing spots are a challenge, there isnt much space around the fortress although it sure would be sweet if your pilot can land you on top of a landing pad, which is connected to the fortress for a lil infiltration ops
Around the outer edge there are laborith towers that provide an excellent overview of most of the map, making them an ideal place for snipers
bunker, the only way to get to the objectives are through the narrow tunnels made by the sandbags. There is no real strategic advantages here , although there is a couple of guard towers you can get on top to have a better look at the action further away and maybe do a lil sniping ; other than that; the rest of the team will be fighting in the trenches, if you\'re defending a particular area; try to employ some heavy machine guns; if you lay prone on the ground; its unlikely the enemy will spot you before you tear them apart with your MG fire
the terrain provides sufficient cover as does the ruined buildings in the villages; prepare for some extreme street to street CQB! snipers should set themselves up at the top of the mountain to provide overwatch to the 3 villages and incoming refinformcents from enemy spawns
angles??). Spawn markers have cover but it is limited, as is access to vehicles. Map starts with 10 mins before dusk (with TD on). A lot of effort has gone into making sure nothing floats and everything is usable and accessable. Watch the hills they are steep and must be crossed with care. normally in a map like this it'd be limited to infantry weapons only given its size, but here's the kicker, it comes with a fleet of vehicles so expect lotsa mad dash to glory! and of course ppl are still gonna go for the good o fashioned long range sniping and CQB, notice all the structures in the map have multiple hiding spots, there're garages, rooms, some have multiple levels...so expect a few surprises!
infiltrators taking shots at your spawn point. Once you’re pass the towers, isolated building will give you cover towards your primary objective in the center of the map. There are a few mounted .50 cals in areas overlooking the objective, so use them to defend against rushes or support your team into taking the objectives, Armories are plenty in near spawn points up to the areas leading to the objective.
transportation means to ensure multi-layered aciton . You can easily attack by land, air or sea. Goin by land for example, you can take the skybridge and mow your way into the central PSP, or goin in by MK5 PBR, you can bombard the structures with the MK19 the waterway goes all the way to the central PSP in the island so you can literally land a good dozen troops right in the middle of the action whilist givin the enemy little to no warning. the Air Route is also possible due to the lack of emplaced weapons although vehicle 50cals is gonna be a real threat considering how many there are. but aerial incursion is possible and there are good landing spots in the slums around the objective.

Some maps only allows for infantry weapons yet quite a few of them allows for a full fleet of blackhawks / Mk5 patrol boats for non-stop action! Whatever your inertest may be; you're sure to find your place in this new map pack.
This map is one of the best maps released to date, it combines great item placement, a good amount of vehicles and it really sets the scene of fighting at NORAD. When playing this map you become engulfed in with worry about the enemy behind the building corner or the mind field marked with stakes. The NORAD building is the most secure place on the map, with mounted machine guns and APCs guarding the only entrance it is what any team should go for first. Vehicles spawn through the map allowing those on foot to grab a vehicle when necessary. Just check out some of the screenshots and you'll see why this is one of my favorite maps
remainder of the map is underground as the name suggest. More accurately an extensive tunnel network, very well done although a bit buggy here and there. dont be suprised you accidently warped above ground when walking around in the tunnels.

The catwalk route allows you to move to the enemy base by way of the stairs on the perimeter wall, watch for snipers through; there’re lots of high buildings and a good sniper can ruin your day from the other side of the catwalk! The outer route you can take to flank your enemies, vegetation offers some cover and there is an armory near the middle of the map.
bunkers with multiple tiers in all four corners allowing for perfect sniper cover. There are several bunkers and small buildings located on the ground floor providing ample cover from snipers. Between the opposing bases there are three spawn points with the middle one including serveral little birds. If your team can secure this one and provide cover from the enemy snipers it will definately shift the chance of winning to your side.
go up or down between the levels, there isnt much cover aside from the boxes, your best hope is that the viewing distance is extremely limited so element of suprise is essential
less, then out in the wild jungle warfare! or you can take it to the roads with the vehicles. the joint ops team spawns inside a tunnel so its best not to stack up in there unless you want a nade to take you all out, although there are spots in the tunnel which cna be manned by a gunner if push comes to shove. Outside the spawn you'll find the vehicles which can take you to the middle objective , a reinforced guard tower near a hill, be careful when you're approaching, as there are a good many hiding spots for Snipers and RPGers, not to mention that objective has vehicles, so expect resistance when taking it. Also the hills around the spawn points are mined so watch your step!

the ground. The only way to get there is to use one of the multiple choppers at the spawn points. There are several landing pads on sky city but all are defended by either a grenade launcher or a mounted machine gun. So securing a few landing zones is vital in being able to compete with your opponent. There are also several PSP amounst the city so making good use it key, and thus allowing your team to spawn directly there.
enemy contacts and flank them, yet the upper level offers a real challenge, you gotta shoot quick, and accurate too, because there's no real cover espically when you're standing on top of a container pile!
will launch you into the main arena where you\'ll find skybridges to pull some stunts or hurt your opponents by crashing on top of them! all out mayhem!

island in between sets the stage for total mayhem, or teamwork:) Vehicles are readily available on both the shores and in the island in between, there’s 1 psp / shore , whilst all the remaining ones are on the island itself. The island can be attacked from any angle, emplaced weapons are mostly on hilltops overlooking objectives. You can approach the island by Air or sea. There are enough patrol boats out there to sustain a naval battle! There’s also some structures on the island that you may find a few valuable vehicles!
can choose to either be Joint Ops whose duty is to eliminate the Rebels and to capture their camp. You may also be the Rebels who have bot support and must keep their camp from the oppsoing Joint Operations force. Both of the main bases are located on the central island with smaller supporting islands around the premeter which include armories. The Joint Operations team has both water and sea superiority while the rebel force has a larger ground force as well as additional soldiers. This allows you to play this map in co-op style if you so desire. Can your smaller better equiped team take on the larger enemy force? Play it and see your outcome.
river in the middle and surrounding swamp like areas. Cover can be sought by entering buildings, and since it near night time, snipers may be lurking in the bushes and houses alike! The littlebirds will be exceptionally good at taking out personnel on zodiac boats
looks :) the inner circle of the compound is fended off by concrete walls and consists of two levels; connected by tilted cargo crates. i can only imagine what blind nade could do on a map like this so it'd preferable to get up on top if you can. Once on top you'll be able to have a good view of the map. there are emplaced mk19 on the edge of the platform; although their usefulness is questionable.
the side of the dome so you can get into good yet fairly obvious sniping spots. the buggy i suspect will be excellent in trashing enemy spawn camp. There are a few isolated structures and vegetations that can be used for cover.
enclosed by fence and the north / south division can only be approached by way of the jeeps as walking will take far too long. There isnt all that many effective combat strategies here; its more designed for those who feels the need for speed.
highway, This map is for vehicle action than infantry combat as on the highway your chance of survival is slim without some wheels, you\'ll get run over by enemy buggy or worse; being chased down by enemy choppers which are armed with miniguns! if you really decide to go on foot; go under the highway or hide in houses for some CQB! Dont go alone, always have someone manning the guns on your vehicles or you\'ll be a easy target
coastline and some further inland, with this being the case, effective transportation of troops is a must on this map. pilots should watch out for the high mountains when transporting; you\'ll make youself a great target for those who\'s lyin in ambush with their stingers, you might wanna take a detour around to be on the safe side. the PBRs will come in handy when bombarding coastal targets ; there\'s a castle that can offer lots of protection near the north east coast but watch out; as there\'s some clipping effect, you might accidently walk out the 2nd floor and fall to a grusome death!

offshore structures as PSP, the mod , namely the amount of vehicles and addition of slums changes the gameplay of this classic map, the slums adds a lil more CQB action to the game yet the offshore facilities requires major teamwork in assaulting or defending it, having no emplaced weapons , its a very vulnerable target indeed.
buildings with the only additional spwan point located between them. There are no vehicles so securing this central spawn point is key. Each team has cover provided for them via several sandbag walls, but if the sniper is in a high enough place. They won\'t do any good.
assault the town directly or attempt to flank your enemy by going around the town, the possibilties are endless; sniper can camp on rooftops with the assist of the helis. Vehicles are located in spawn, and the spawn point is protected by a wall, with enough gaps for infiltrators to wiggle through.
start sniping from little islands that span the map. However the majority of the action will be CQB based on the main island, in and around the buildings close to the objectives. the mk19 on the patrol boats will sure add mayhem in addition to heated CQBs
than this; 2 opposing sides spawn from opposite corners of the island and the islands is littered with vegetation for cover and wide open ocean for some tense naval battles. the AH6 will come in handy when takin on those patrol boats. Really fine map, all TD lovers must give it a try!
in case ya wonderin\' buggy is the only way to go, once on top the landscape is scared by ruined buildings which provides cover as your team assaults forward. there\'s nothing down inside the dome except a long fall:)

The most important spawn point to capture would be the middle one. It has several gun emplacements that can be used for capturing the other two spawn points. The only way to reach the upper level is by four ramps located in the corners of the enclosed area. If you can provide sniper cover on most of them it will severely limit the enemies\' possibilies.

really dont wanna hit the roof! , strkyer should get onto the barge as swmming to the objective will take too long. The combat area consists of the central island where the psp are spread out; you should take the coastal ones first to ensure enough reinforcements are on the island. The relatively flat terrain allows fast vehicle moevement so make best use of the strkyers! barge can stay near the coast for fire support, as the mk19 can reach inland easy. Blackhawks and littlebirds should fly transport missions whenever needed
There are 2 PSP\'s to capture as you fall and there are 2 more PSP\'s underwater. Most of the fighting will take place around an island with a PSP in the centre. There are ladders out at sea that lead up to small platforms and even a ladder that gives you access to a huge floating platform with other \"cool stuff\" at the top. CraZy Land also has extreme weather; first there is no fog, then suddenly it becomes VERY dense, it stays dense for about 10secs and then its back to normal! CraZy Land is unlike any other map available - believe me, you must experiece this map!

There are plenty of objects inside the tunnels to move and hide behind. This map has been designed to create a claustrophobic atmosphere - which heightens the excitement! Tunnel Terror has a secret way out - a way out of the tunnels that gives you access to a minigun \"Little Bird\" helicopter and more... Above you in the sky is a huge platform that spells out \"DIO\" (my nick-name, btw) - you can actually get on the DIO platform!
There 7 armouries dotted about, so you can always change class. There are plenty of objects to jump/dive/hide behind. This map is perfect for 1 v 1\'s, as there is no escape - only option is to fight!! The Killing Box is mayhem with a few players, only the best win...
the ancient palace. On approach to the objective you should take cover inside the few ruined buildings to provide some cover or hit the dirt; as the vegetation is tall enough to shake your enemy loose.
first off you have the building to building CQB fighting for PSPs, Those buildings are in the middle of a dense forest; and there\'s where Covert ops comes in, you cant possibily hope to take on a well defended building goin in guns blazin, try to sneak inside where possiblie and do some damage from within. As for open shootouts; that\'s where the vehicles are here for. There are shall we say teleportation tunnels that takes you to a closed off yet open area on the map for your drive by shooting pleasure; you have to go acorss that area to reach the other side of the map so be sure to go in as a team; a vehicle without a gunner is most vulnerable

There is also a second set of walls within the outer walls that you can move in and out of. They also allow plenty of cover and create many different routes to get between the 2 PSPs and Home Bases. There are a variety of buildings, trees/plants and rocks within the base. There are also plenty of secret passages on this map...

one main road that leads out of the base to the opposing teams base. Off of the main road there are 2 villages where PSPs are, at the villages are civilians so watch your fire. The bases are protected by AI bots, if you shoot at them you\'ll sure regret doing it. The map is a night mission and the fog is very heavy, also I put snow in the map, alot of snow.
