Velvet East offers many doors, hallways, outdoor passages, and 2 bomb sites. This release contains ingame overview, custom Textures, custom Sounds, and the bot File (.nav). It is a very enjoyable map, even with bots :) Lighting is very well done and the map layout carries a nice sense of tactical gameplay.

Important note, since this map is very small, the blast radius of the bomb explosions nearly cover it entirely. But, no damage will be recieved if you flee to the opposite bomb site on the map after planting the bomb.

It\'s set in an abandoned lab / warehouse with 2 bombsites. I believe it is more Terrorist friendly as they are quite near to bombsite B. It comes with a .nav for bots and is a rather small map. It should be played with a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 4. The architecture may seem slightly off. This map is dedicated to Adam Holt so have a great life from Will.

its base to be a rush or die map. The map itself is large designed for 15-64 players. frame rates are high in all areas of the map. Keep moving and learn the map there are alot of options on where to go and how to get there. The map is a dark spooky abandoned military base. night vision works great and there are pleanty of areas where flash bangs and smoke gernades work perfectly
destructible walls that give you strategic advantages. Plus you can shoot out the circuit breaker to shut off all the power in the house, aside from the generator-powered lights.
makes for a great practice map and if you want a bit of fun too.
screenshots, there is a big bunker. And you can go in it of course, going on the roof as well, just like the original map. its perfect for counter-strike.

As this is a beta version there may be bugs present in the game. There is a nav file included so you can also play against the bots if you want target practice, although it should be noted that the nav file is based upon an older version of the map so the bots might not be completely perfect. However this map is highly recommended for those that want to see more war torn buildings similar to that of Day of Defeat or similar games in Counter Strike Source.

This is my second CS:S map, the first that I've released. I was originally planning to turn the chess pieces into models, but I took a few hours today (the 30th of December) to look at the modelling tools available now for HL2... and I certainly don't have the patience to learn how to use them without at least one decent tutorial to lay out the very basics. Fortunately, using a cubemapped tile surface on the chess pieces has made them considerably more pleasing to the eye. This is more apparent in actual gameplay than in the screenshots. There's also a bunch of junk to shoot around in the alleys along the sides of the map.

The roof is very well set-up for cover and watching the ballgame in otherwords it will help you get an idea of where the T may be coming from. (I had to remove some doors so that bots could enter/leave the building) (Vents are a little tricky to enter, i did this on purpose, Also they have no light so bring a flashlight!) This map is Bot-Supported, I created a NAV for this map it is uncluded with the BSP so you may play with bots.
sort of like a aim-tmp/fy-iceworld bomb map in that you spawn with a tmp (both teams) and theres a buy zone in the center of the map that could be hard to get to if the opposing team is paying attition, there are 2 bomb sites, and i cleverly put one of them under water just because the splash is realy cool has lots of breakable stuff, pretty water, lighting, and stuff like that. hope you enjoy.

In the front upper forts and in the center, Tattoo has placed two AWP's. This is a fun sniping map! To make sure the bots don't get stuck in the water, a teleport has been placed on either end under the bridge. Pretty funny, someone can just show up in front of you if there is a firefight on the bridge.

starting zone to snipers kill other snipers in the other side. The tower is quite big, and will serve to test the capability of the team to conquer it and hold it. The tower offers a great visibility to the way the other team comes, but it has the disadvantage that it\'s prefurable, so people down in the floor can kill others in the tower without they even see who attacked. Personaly, I thing that the map came out better than I expected, and I hope everyone enjoy it!
