You don\'t have a lot of resources near you, so you have to move forward and gain ground and capture the city, where a lot of oil derricks and supply docks are located. Online this could be a lot of fun when you play in teams and fight for ground and resources. If you don\'t make any teams its difficult because your enemy is right next to you. The textures and the terrain are very good and smooth. Overall a nice map!

The land is almost completely flat except for some asthetic modifications that should not effect gameplay. This includes a coastline with ocean waves. Players are given plenty of room to build, and the civilian structures are separated enough for easy army navigation. Two oil derricks are located in each corner, with various supply piles located around the map. The map is compatible for both Multiplayer and Skirmish games.
'Save the Trees' project ain't found this place have they, coz you'll be running down those trees withing a few seconds on the map :D). player "remake" of the Red Alert 2 map, BaysofPigs. The design is very creative. You have to 6 little island, where the player start off at, connected to 2 big island. You better take a look at the screenshot to see it yourself ;). You've got 2 supply docks and 3 Derricks at your starting point which should give you enough resources throughout the battle. Each little island can only be accessed by one way so you won't have to worry about defending your base from all sites. On the 2 big island the author placed Hospitals, some Oil Refineries, Oil Derricks and some more resources. This is what i call a well made map, excellent job.
The player must stop this at all costs. ALOT of time and effort was put into making the city look realistic, along with having driving cars and pedestrians by e developers so enjoy! this map disables your ability to build units.. so you have be warned beginners! Like, I would be attacking a few units next to me and they wouldn\'t move or shoot, but units from far away would come towards me and attack. Its not something that you will beat in two seconds, and you probably won\'t beat it the first time either, so you\'ll have a lot of fun with this.

What I especially like about this map is the 2 possible directions to attack from. You can go all the way over the ridge and attack the base from behind, or go straight through the canyon. But one thing is for sure, claim those bunkers and/or towers ASAP, if you don´t, the game might be over soon! Nonetheless, this is a really nice map AND it includes AI (perimeters) so it will run fine in Skirmish as well! The map has six start points, ideal for 3vs3 or a free for all, separating the two teams are four mounds of earth, one at the top and one at the bottom, with a lake in that is unaccessible. And two central ones containing a bunker, Oil rig, and refinery each. Between these mounds there are some civilian buildings and supply piles which can be very useful indeed. The Ai on here work really nicely, providing a challenge whilst allowing you to use the nicely set up terrain to ambush them as well should you so choose. Overall a nice map that we could do with seeing more like. Simple = Little Slowdown = Fun for all! is a 6 player map that takes places on the mars. 3 players start on each sites with rather little supplies. In order to get the needed resources you need to go forward and capture some oil derricks that are in the middle. The design is very nice. The ground has a really dark red-brown color. There are some hills that are placed in front of the bases so they can be better defended. Also there are 2 lakes in the middle. I don\'t remember seeing any water on the mars but its a game and you never can be sure... ;). This map is a must download, great map!!

that the one that can claim them and keep them will pwn everyone :) However, there are 2 supply stations and 3 oil derricks at everyone´s base, and 2 more in between every base (check the first screenie) so you don´t necessarily have to waste all your units on capturing the center area or defending it. Some very sneaky tactic I have to suggest here :) GLA and USA should allie. Have a chinook drop a worker over the river on the enemies "lot" and build some tunnel networks and a second base. While the enemy is trying to take center, you crush their base the sneaky way :D Anyway, great map although 3 oil derricks less in each base (hence, none) and loosing the supply stations in between the bases would have made this map much more fun as it´ll make you want center much more. came across while testing this map. Rock Bottom is a 8 player map. Set in a reasonably dark theme. The water on this map also has another color, its now brownish and it looks very much like a muddy substance. This map also has a great variety of textures. Textures like: Grass, Mud, Dirt, Concrete, Rock, and it looks very good indeed. Now for the AI. I took the chance of testing this map against 7 other Brutal AI's. And "Oh My" was that a mistake. I managed to hold on for 15 minutes. After that the AI completely wiped me of the map. It almost feels like the AI is another Human player. It attacks you cleverly on your weakest flanks. Or steamrolls your defenses with a enormous attack force. The AI on this map was brutal.... just the way I like it. I got almost nothing to say about the gameplay. This map seems to drag you in, and keep you enjoyed for hours. Yesterday when I was playing this map it felt like I was playing for only 30 minutes. But in reality I was playing for almost 2 hours. This map is great fun so I strongly recommend you download this one. Well, now for the Eyecandy. The eyecandy placement was really thought trough. You would only spot eyecandy on places it needed to be, and no where else. This ensures a lag free battle all the way. Small details like sandbags and parking lots are both present. The most adorable spot on this map was the middle. Its a mountain that looked like some very well fortified fortress. Its great fun trying to hold the mountain against the AI. A ace map, surely worth to download.
the key to winning is advancing upwards or downwards (depening on where you are) quickly. The two centre islands have 6 supply docks each, so make sure you control these islands near the beginning of the game. There is only one bad thing with this map and that is the size of your starting base island, its a bit to small (especially if you want to build more than 1 Airfield). When playing a 3v3 you might have some trouble placing a SCUD Launcher or an Airfield so I would recommend that you plan out your base layout before building it all (if you only have the space for one island). Its a good map, but perhaps it would be better with some type of scenery apart from grass and water. one is a 6 player map though. Baghdad is not right in the middle of the map its more on the right site. Each player starts of with enough resources and has a lot of space to build up a base. The balance is good. Except for the city, bridges and some cliffs you will not find anyhthing special in this map. For right now it doesn't have any AI support but the author said he'll add it on request. Interesting map with great potencial.:D
Players start of with two supply docks and an oil derrick. There is a small city in the middle with an oil refinery and a lot of oil derricks. Once you have captured the middle it is highly defendable. A train is moving around the map. The train adds a very nice strategy because you can hide units in there and the train passes every base so you can get the train full of units and surprise your enemy. The problem is that the some of the computer players build their buildings on the tracks so the train destroys them. UN vehicles and some civilian trucks are moving through the map, too. The design is good. I had a lot of fun playing this map. Nice job!
Hour Sand, Cities and Canyons Sidewinder The screenshots below speak for themselves. This is obviously worth a download if you play Zero Hour.
flat and the ground textures are just ok. It has a town in the middle of the map, it\'s quite small and bypasses many bridge entrances. Surrounding the city is a trench that has valuable tech buildings like Oil Derricks. The detail here is poor, but it\'s understandable due to the fact its a desert map. Game play- Nothing new is here in game play. There are very wide flanks, and choke points along the map. Along bridges, bunkers guard the entrances of bases from enemies. Not much to say in this category, just another average eight player map. If you like to play huge eight player maps then this map will be fun and interesting to you; but for anyone else playing four player or lower, just choose another map.

Well textured cliffs and hills also make this a quality map. Game play- Use the same strategies as you would on other eight player maps. The only change in the map is the middle where it is covered with garrisionable buildings and supply docks. Getting in the middle and keeping all supply docks is key to victory in this map. No choke points are present, all the battles are in big, open areas. If you liked Whiteout and Forest Avalanche, then you\'ll like Green Cross as well.

There is some radiation about, so watch where you go. A highly detailed 2 player map. Burning Crusade A desert themed map similar in theme to Area 52. It features a desert region with sparse vegitation, plateaus, and processing facilities. Great 4 player map. Star Island A tropical island for 5 players. Interesting symetrical layout, and highly detailed scenery. Note that you will need Shockwave mod to play this map - it features tech buildings exclusive to the mod. Sidewinder An interesting 6 player map depicting a nuclear wasteland. Great use of textures, and a nice layout. Rush Hour Considered by the author, Crazykenny, to be one of his finest maps, Rush Hour depicts a war torn city. A superb 4 player map.
about CnC Generals is that none of the 3 sides suffer from this fact. GLA can build tunnel networks to the other side (that´s something you´d have to do right at the start of the game), USA can get a chinook and put a dozer on the other side AND has a very strong air force, and China, uhm, ok I guess China got screwed in this map, then again, migs are always useful! Anyway, nice map, a bit rough on the detail / the edges but definately a nice idea. I've played many times on this map, although it is crowded, it's worth it just to see your rocket buggy jump into the air and shoot a barrage of missiles at the enemy. Please don't take this map too seriously, just have fun ;) The only way to get credits is to either, take over oil derricks or go through the track collecting crates as you go along. This map is full of jumps for your buggies and even tanks to take. Each terrain zone has it's own capturable building.

The design is good, little things are spread over the whole map like \'dancing\' civilians and such. The terrain is rather flat except for some hills or small bumps. On this map you can have some long lasting online action.
very quickly. Both teams have good defence capabilities and the town in the middle provides an excellent defence upper hand, which if you control the middle it is very easy to defend your own base. Overall i strongly recommend trying this map, its cracking fun :)

Skirmish Map. This is a newer version of it. Not to many changes that I noticed. There are a few more buildings. The AI seemed a little bit smarter, but I could have imagined it. It says it has the almost human AI, it could be modeled around humans that do crack. Still is better then some AI I\'ve seen on other maps. The center town is deffinately the best place to be in this map. Not much else to say, good map to play, lots of fun, very funny readme.

After that, you can release the prisoners to get more units to help you in your quest. After that, you will have to capture the propaganda tower and then escape using the airport. The GLA will come and you will have to defend the airport from attack. After you defend the airport, you win! A heroic Burton will be very useful throughout the mission. Use your Heroes and defeat the GLA general.

The bases have 2-3 entry points which are adequately wide enough to mount a decent siege attack when the time comes, however the cliffs surrounding the bases and upper plateau area provide great defensive positions for artillery and anti-air defenses. Outside the cliff area lies the deadly sand dune desert which is split in half by train tracks, that have trains passing in opposite directions as they head toward the center of the map and the Yin-Yang supply drop stations (There is about 2-3mins separating the supply drop offs.)

There is a train in middle and it actually stops and \'pretends\' to drop people off. A very good point is that the map is not symmetrical, every player has something unique and different from the other start positions. The terrain is alternating and has lots of changes. Even the map has temperate clima there are two hills with some snow on them. I played it on brutal with two teams and it sure was very challenging. I almost lost ;). The author did an excellent job on this map and it really is a download worth!!:agreed:

Although the map is a good layout, I noticed quite abit of lag (this could just be my computer, but I wouldn't bet on it), the lag seemed to be because your team member's base is right next to yours. The sand dunes have been created well and I think once I saw my Hum-Vee manage to do a little jump over a dune (or I could have just imagined it) but anyway this map is a good map overall. long elevating bridge. In the centre there are a few civilian buildings and a few supply piles. Needles to say, garrison these buildings and build some defences on top of the hill. This map would be fun in an all out GLA match since the only way to reach eachother´s base is through the central plateau! Good job for a first CnC Generals map! You have some areas with that are flat and desert but then there are other parts of the map that are green and have mountains. You\'ll find some rivers and lakes, too! The resources are well balanced and are enough to build your units. You also will have plenty of space to build your base. So what are you waiting for?? Download it!!

Everybody starts of with the same amount of resources (one dock) and one oil derrick, so the map is very balanced. The one thing that bothered me is the lack of resources. After you used the one supply dock you are pretty much out of a supply source. There are some supply piles in the middle but thats not much for four players. This could make the map very interesting because you have to use your resources smart. Overall an interesting four player map, Good Job!

Cut scenes throughout the mission make this one fun and interesting to play. Just remember to keep moving along the river to your right till you reach your final destination...the American Base.

Once you figure out the strategy on how to win it won\'t take you long to defeat the enemy, but until then I\'d say that this is a map with a ok funfactor.

Makes me wish that generals came with some naval units. As it says in the readme \"The start locations feature one supply dock each, two more supply docks are found at opposite ends of the central island. There are then two sets of two supply piles located at most furthest reached islands from the start locations. Then there are 4 oil derricks, each team has one on an adjacent island and the others are with the two supply piles.\" This map is very small, good for a fast game due to the small amount of available space and resources.Your base should also be quite easy to defend, due to the bridges connectting the islands and the bunkers covering the smaller middle connecting islands. Bad thing about such good defensive capabilities, is that if you take to long to attack your enemy, they will have fortified themselves quite well. I am very pleased with this map. I hope to see more things from this author with this high of caliber map-making.
command centre is based in the middle of a small town, this does however seriously restrict building options. There are however some small fields located near the bases but this will make base defence difficult. Will work in Zero Hour but the AI will only work in the original Generals.
atmosphere to start out with. I gives a really dark feeling. The map is staged upon a nuclear radiated battlefield somewhere in China. Maps textures are pretty variated, anything from mud to grass to concrete and all blend in nicely. No texture errors yet. As for the AI, its functional. Not impressive, but functional. Although the waypoints paths are a mess the maps AI works fine. You will get a challenge when you play against 5 other hard AI's. But one AI doesnt really deliver much of a fight. So I can say the AI is average. The gameplay on this map is good, lots of strategically placed techbuildings to fight over. For example there is a Oil Derrick in a mountain pass, which is very hard to defend. The only downside is that the player in the top left corner of the map can bunker himself in. He does have a advantage over other players, as his access points and choke points are smaller then the other players have. Well with all this said I can still guarantee you that you will have fun playing this map. And now for the last part, eyecandy. I can only say it will blow you away at first glance. The texturing is really done proffesional. Buildings placement is excellent. There are plenty of little details that will make this map stand out in a crowd. Thing like, rocks, cracks and oil barrels. This map is fantastic.... but not quite yet perfect.

You also start out with a repair bay, Hospital, wich has a few upgrades for your units, Power Plant, Strategy Center and two Toxic Tunnel network entrances. Don't loose them. Using theese limited units and buildings you have to use a combination of intelligence, patience, strategy and strength to fight your way throug mines, Demo Traps, snipers, planes, toxin Tractors, and much much more to reclaim the Chinese base that the GLA has stolen. This map has a sweet combination of good scripts, excellent gameplay and a challenge for the player. And i really suggest you read the readme since it contains vital information to your sucess and is more a manual than a readme. Belive me: You won't finish this map without having read it. Note: Sometimes when you save the game (and you will be saving alot) the savegame will become corupted. So make sure that you save two files each time. Worth a download? I think so. Although it took me 3 days to finish... and I was playing all day (no kidding).

before reading on... Done? Look pretty sweet huh? This map is simply the best custom map I\'ve seen so far. Finally real attention to detail, palm trees, little villages, a destroyed / collapsed bridge in the river, this map just feels good, authentic, it feels just right! So anyway, 1 player starts to the left, up on high terrain far above the river that divides the map in 2. The 2nd player starts in a river valley to the right. The 2 bases can only be reached over a dam-like piece of land up on higher ground. The higher > lower ground \"connection\" are formed by 2 ramps mounding out into the 2nd player´s base. This means that the 2nd player should prolly put some defenses up on higher ground ASAP! To compensate for the lower ground and slightly fewer building space, player 2 has an oil derrick where player 1 doesn´t. In return, player 1 does have 2 supply piles (not stations) where player 2 only has 1, but an oil derrick is much more useful than a supply pile (not station). Oh and every player only has 1 supply station so this is really gonna \"skill-required\" game as you don´t have much room to build supply stations or black markets, playing as china would definately be beneficial with that thing in mind. And with skill-required I mean \"play it smart\", instead of \"playing it by numbers\"! Anyway as said, simply one hell of a map that\'s definately worth a spot on your hard drive! The northern and southern bases are connected to eachother with a bridge so you'll have to makes sure to defend that right from the start as well! 8 oil derricks seems a bit overdone, however, there´s only 1 supply station per player and no supply piles. There are 2 oil dericks to the left and 2 to the right so you can claim them but if you want big cash for free you'll have to claim center island! However, again, about the bridges, watch out that you're not being attacked "from the back" while you are fighting for or holding the central island / oil derricks! Malaysia via several recon sweeps. The results of these sweeps are included with your briefing. Some of the pictures were taken at the wrong time and do not reveal much. This operation will be codenamed Operation: Jungle Blitz. As imagined, the Malaysian military is not pleased with either side intruding. Nonetheless, they have granted you the use of their naval and air force base, located on a small island in the center of the combat zone. A Malaysian battleship, the Todak, is in port there. However, their base was merely evacuated, and, to claim it, you must reach it before your enemy does. There is a Supply Center, capable of creating Chinooks, at your location to help you to get to the base. There are few resources to start out with, however, there are 3 oil derricks and a supply dock at the Malaysian base. One thing has been located that is rather disturbing. It seems that Malaysia has an operational Nuclear Silo. It appears they tried to destroy it upon our arrival, but failed. This silo is in violation of treaty. You are authorized to capture it. The other two players, however, have one supply dock each. The other areas of the map also have goodies to offer such as other supply docks and garrisonable buildings. I\'ll let you decide which team has the \"unfair advantage.\"

So if your army off overlords marches through those valleys and the train happens to pass by, you're more than screwed :) To bad that the map doesn't have any detail, it´s plain, boring terrain but the railroad gives it an extra touch. The fact that there are also only 2 supply stations per base satisfies me as well as you'll want to really take the center oil derricks. Another bad thing about the map, in my opinion, is the 13 UN aid packages each containing $2500 in the center. This basically means that whoever gets a barracks built and sends out a unit to pick up the packages has a shitload of cash, and that can't be fair. So let's hope TeslaTrooper re-does his maps without those UN Aid packages and maybe some more detail to the map. Nonetheless, worth a try! That makes your base extremely defendable against ground attacks. 2 rivers are flowing through the map, creating an island in the middle where and Oil Refinery and some Derricks are located. You\'ve got 2 supply docks at your base and 2 Oil Derricks near you so you should have enough resources. The map gives you a lot of space to build your map. The design is neat and smooth. We\'re getting some nice maps from Thrawn28. Keep up with the good work. :agreed:
the Mapper Guild is. I strongly suggest you download this map! Now for my report and findings: This map has a nice morning atmosphere. It really gives players the feeling its 7 in the morning. This maps is based around a Desert themed Urban area. Both the desert and the city are very well blended together. Map textures are good and as far as know error free. Also a great variety again, such as: Sand, Grass, Concrete, Sand mixed with Grass, its all in there giving this map a awesome feeling. Now for the AI. It was impressive to say at least. Well you could kinda expected it if you saw how very well and organized the waypoints where done in the worldbuilder. The AI fight hard and recklessly. It almost looked like there where defending the city in the middle. They garrison buildings and capture any tech buildings that are present in the city. This AI will be boosted even further with the mod [file="69050"]Shockwave[/file] installed. As for the gameplay levels. They were also impressive to say at least. I recommend this map to you for both Online and Offline play. I will guarantee you maximum pleasure, with minimum lag. A small downside is that the starting positions feel a bit turtlish in my opinion, although the AI make sure you forget that feeling after 15 minutes of play }> And finally the Eyecandy. Well there is lots of eyecandy in this maps. Cars, Tree's, Parks, you name it and its in there. All very well thought trough and placed. The city feels open so Tank and Infantry can move trough it without much problem. The most amazing piece if detail I saw were the streetlights on the sidewalks. Very well done. This map deserves much attention, it really excels ZH map making :D

You have four Hackers to generate cash and with your generals promotion you get Pathfinders and even more money for every kill. The bunkers and civilian buildings are indestructible so use them wisely. You need to find another tunnel network, this will be transferred to your command when discovered. Some resources are in short supply so use them wisely. Capture GLA buildings to give yourself a better chance of winning. You have everything you need, but you might have to make sacrifices along the way. There are many different ways to succeed but it will be a long hard battle. Remember to try all different units and different strategies if you get stuck. When I play this mission it takes me all afternoon to finish it.

The map gives each player a lot of supplies and oil, so money can be gathered fast. On the clifftops are artillery platforms, and some other tech buildings are located in the central area.

expect to be fighting through a forest, but even though a forest is present in this map, its totally useless. Both players start out on one side of the map. Between then is a city. Now who would bother going all the way around the city and through the forest? Resorces are pretty limited on this map as well, only a few supply docks. There are some oil derricks and refineries to capture, but those don't help [b]that much[/b]. I also noticed one other thing. One side had a stadium overlooking its base. You can fit a lot of troops in there to garrison which seemed unfair to the other side. All in all, its a small map, even for two people. If it was redone to put somebody on the other side and the city was shrunken, then the map can be better, but as of now, you can certainly find better maps to play on. good map for a 2 vs 2 due to the fact that player 1 and 2 start next to each other, and player 3 and 4 start next to each other. The map is very big, and has been built to keep people from sitting in their base all the time. If you are playing 2 vs 2, it is extremely easy to defend your base, as each person only has to cover 2 small mountain passes. It is still relatively easy if it is 1 vs 1 to defend your base. The center of the map is the easiest place to defend, due to the civilian buildings around the derriks. It will become the center for almost any conflict. I would have enjoyed the map much more if the creator had scripted the AI bots.

Kinda disappointing... The city itself also could use more detail in my opinion, it now looks like buildings have been randomly places between roads. I suggest you place Misc objects to your city. Things like dumpsters and streetlights make the city more interesting to look at. As for the texturing; it also disappointed me quite a bit. It looked very basic and there were no attempts to mix textures with each other. I wouldn't wanna say the texturing was bad, but it could have been done better. I also missed concrete texturing under some buildings. Well as for the AI, I couldn't get it working. I just sat at there starting point and did nothing. The strange thing was, I couldn't attack it either. I do think this map will be fun to play on online. Lots of civilian buildings to garrison and oil derricks to fight over. I also like to add that it is better then some maps I've seen ;) This maps also is very balanced. It gives turtlers no chance, but it also makes spamming quite hard. I hope you people enjoy this maps as much as I did. And please don't let this stop you for sending in more maps, you can only improve ;)
implemented properly. The balance could be better. One team starts with extra artillery platforms on their island, and one team does not start with as many supply depots. This gives one team an advantage and one team a disadvantage. The only entrances to all the bases are over bridges or narrow parts of land, so bases can be defended too easily. An attempt has been made at detail, with a small city on one island. However, the buildings are an odd mix of small asian and large western buildings, none of which seem to fit the setting. The terrain is mostly one texture, with a few large blobs of other texture as well. The ground is basically flat everywhere, with the exception of a few mountains and a hill. There is a good range of trees dotted about, as well as some rocks, which do improve the level of detail slightly. Overall, the map has some nice touches of detail but feels too unrealistic and is slightly imbalanced. A good first attempt.

I've played this map against a dumb AI for a bit, had fun :D (see screenies). A thing to note about this map is that the base positions aren´t quite equally fair. As you can see on screenshot 1 the person starting on the left has 2 supply stations on his own island. The player on the right starts with 1 supply station and on his bigger island, and no oil derrick on his own island unlike the left side player. HOWEVER, the player on the right has an easy to defend base as he starts on a higher level plateau shielded off by mountains and by bunkers in the open areas at the bottom. So it tends to balance eachother out in fairness, however, I´d rather start in the "money" base on the left then the "easy to defend base" on the right! So, I wouldn´t recommend this map for 2 equally strong players. Besides the glitch / crappy lake shown in the 4th screenshot below this is a nice map! lose a buggy, it won't be replaced, so be very careful with them! To set the map difficulty, set the USA both to either normal, hard or brutal. Hard will feature a bigger challange the normal, and btural will be more difficult then hard. Note that bots (as ally) will not play and be inactive. When such a bot is on the map, you also won't lose when all your units have been destroyed, like is the case with all human players. Some tips: * When playing on hard or brutal, air strikes will be spawned onto the map at random intervals - as soon as you see the warning, make sure your buggies are moving (else there is a good chance they will be wiped out by the aurora's). * Be very careful not to loose your Jermen. You can use him to snipe infantry (esp on brutal - wave 3), and to snipe other units and then capture them with infantry (ambush or para drop). * If you want to take a break, put your units at the top of the map, unless drawing attention, they won't be attacked. Be sure to help your team players out though! * Don't forget to upgrade your buggy ammo at your black market!!

our base. We don't know exactly time and direction. We have get the information that Leang has a well protected base in the southwest and a rocket center in the south of our position. There is a factory in the little town near by. A truck convoy transports supplies for Leangs army. Somewhere north of Leangs base they are building a nuclear rocket launcher, try to eliminate it.

water. In the center is a small industrial facility with some tech buildings to capture. AI in enabled. Each player starts with the same amount of money and tech buildings. However with two supply depots, an artillery platform and a repair bay per player, the single entrance to each base can be defended extremely easily. The map looks very nice, with patches of grass showing through the snow and trees growing in them. The industrial facility in the center is very detailed. However, the edges of the land are mainly straight, which makes them seem slightly unrealistic. In conclusion, this map is definitely above average. The layout and starting resources suit it better to battling computer players rather than other people. Definitely worth a download.

human vs human play as there is plenty of room to build your bases. A simple four player map, one player to a corner. Seems to be equally well suited to Free for all or team play. Although there are a lot of oil derricks on the map this does not disrupt the balance of the game. All derricks are roughly equidistant from each player, and due to the lack of much in the way of supply docks/piles (2 per player) are essential if a long game is desired. There is also a small oil refining plant (note not the tech building type) that has four derricks within it in the central island, which adds to the character of the map. Each of the four bases has a pair of access ramps leading up, although these do hinder attacking they aid base defence, Swings and Roundabouts I guess, depends on what you prefer, one ramp in each base is fitted out with a bunker. A nice map, although I feel that the AI was a little predictable this is not at all a major fault, this happens on a great number of maps, including those included in the game. Very enjoyable for human vs human play as there is plenty of room to build your bases. Careful on the installation though. This does not follow the normal installation rules. Nonetheless this map should be good for some nice big money collecting 3v3. first timer.Lots and lots of buildings to garrsion. Should be relatively easy to defend your base. I\'m upset by the fact that there is only 2 oil derriks and 1 refinary . . . This map is definately ment to be a fast game with each player only having 1 supply dock and only 1 supply depot in the city. The map would be alot better if it had AI scripting. All in all, this map is extremely good for the creator\'s first map. I think we will be seeing very good things coming from him.
quit. Now just because there was a lack of AI support doesn\'t mean its a bad map. I reloaded with just myself. I built a construction dozer with the intent of constructing my preliminary base. Only one problem. I couldn\'t. The terrain surrounding both starting positions is impossible to cross. I couldn\'t move my construction dozer out. I couldn\'t build one building. Fortionatly I had no need to build a resource collector. There are [b]no[/b] resources on the map. You heard me, none. The only thing you can do is capture the insane amount of oil derricks. Fortionatly there are plenty of these on either sides. And when it can\'t get any more horrible, you realize that this map is completely unfair. One side of the map has a bunch of oil derricks and a neutral scud storm you can capture. The other side of the map has a bunch of oil derricks, a netural scud storm, and a partical cannon. Giving one side the advantage of two free superweapons is unfair, but don\'t worry since you couldn\'t send anyone to capture them if you tried. Horrible map, unplayable, and even if it was, its not worth the 37K on your hard drive. the middle with some units you can take over. The terrain is very plain except for some trees and lakes. The balance is good and you have plenty of resources. The train is a good idea but it is rather annoying. Why? Because you can not leave your units unattended when you move them because the train runs them over a lot of times!! Also the computer in the bottom left corner can not build his base because he builds his supply center right on the track of the train. So every time the train comes by it destroys the supply center and the computer tries to rebuild it. The train took away a lot of fun, but other than that a good map!!

Those passages can be easily defended, making air forces and/or superweapons the only choice of assault. Each side has plenty of resources right at the starting location, however an unfortunate design element is that the lower-right base has two more oil derricks that the upper-right base.

There is plenty of cash either side of the map in the form of oil derricks and supply stash's. Near the derricks are crates that contain 10 tanks, these can be used as your primary defence early on, or for a quick attack, a very nice touch. Both start points are surrounded by either bunkers, or strong buildings. There prove a great defence if used correctly. There are three routes that can be used to storm the mountain, again these are very defendable. There is plenty of room to build up a large base, This map can prove great fun and very strategic. It also plays well with AI. An all around great map. A river divides the two sides. AI has not been properly included, making this an online-play only map. The layout could be better. There is only one narrow bridge entrance to each side of the map, and these are too well guarded by bunkers to allow direct assaults. The game will therefore quickly become a defensive, turtling style game with each player racing to build the most super weapons. The sides are also slightly imbalanced - one side has a supply depot and an artillery platform, while the other has only a few money crates. There are some very nicely detailed parts of the map, such as the German town and the chemical factory; yet much of the rest of the map is flat, with monotextured ground peppered with only 1 type of tree. Much of the map is therefore a bit bland. Overall, this is a good first attempt at a map. If the same amount of care that was put into the chamical factory/German town/islands was put into all of the map, it would score very highly.

The bases have 2-3 entry points which are adequately wide enough to mount a decent siege attack when the time comes, however the cliffs surrounding the bases and upper plateau area provide great defensive positions for artillery and anti-air defenses. Outside the cliff area lies the deadly sand dune desert which is split in half by train tracks, that have trains passing in opposite directions as they head toward the center of the map and the Yin-Yang supply drop stations (There is about 2-3mins separating the supply drop offs.)

2 people. Each player starts off woth 2 oil derricks and 2 supply docks near their base. There is also 2 supply depots on each player's side of the map. Right in the middle of the map is a little desert oasis that has a little city type of thing surrounding it. Nicely done map, a little simple. It is somewhat hard to defend your base right at the beginning because there is no mountains or anything like that that would form a barrier. Would have been a very fun map if it had some AI on it. But, good map othere then that.
interesting x player map. It is build of 5 islands only connected by thin bridges. Each map can be reached by 3 bridges. This makes your base very defendable. I think the map would give you a quick match scince it is not very big. All the islands are around one island in the middle. It is has an oil refinery and two supply docks on there. The design is not very exciting, there some trees and some bunkers but thats about it. I\'m sure you can have some fun with this map online, so good job. :)

Control of the center platform, if attained, should yield a good strategic advantage. All in all, this map looks like it would be quite fun to play 1v1 or 2v2. map, which is most likely true :) I was about to wrap things up and close CnC untill I spotted bunch of UN Crates (the one from the missions) contain a total of 15,000 $$$! Now this just makes the map completely unfair as the player who spawns top right doesn't get anything. He does have 2 oil derricks on his side of the river and more open area to build a base then the bottom right player does, but still, I can´t imagine beating anyway who gets 15k extra right at the start unless it's a real n00b :) I hope we'll see an updated version of this map without the money crates. If it wasn't for that fact, this would have been one hell of a map! small 4 player desert map. You can expect quick battles. The players start off at the corners with one supply dock each. There is one city in the middle that has some more resources. The terrain is flat. Although the AI is enabled I noticed that the computer in the lower right corner build some buildings but that stops all the sudden. This maps has potential but it needs some improvements, specially in the environment.
