admirals log pics, and build buttons making this mod complete. Both ships are slightly stronger and cost more, to balance out the early game battleship problem.
season. If you like Enterprise, this is a must have.
built at the advanced Klingon construction yard and the Fighter is built by the Ogla.
which it is when looking at all of them :D VERY nice job!
game, so we find ourselves privilidged to be the first site to host it ;) Along with the Reptillian Cruiser, there is the Aquatic Battleship & Insectiod Destroyer that are both avaliable. The Insectiod vessel only for SFC3 (and possably Bridge Commander). The Aquatic ship can be found upon A2Files however though at a ridiculiously high set polly count - Something that could have got more attention upon conversion, but still. - An additional note however, going by the screenshots, I do think the scale is a little off, but that is easily corrected :) Nevertheless, this is a must download for any Enterprise or Xindi fans out there ;) - SSA
nice (and well detailed) Cylon Basestar to use in-game. - SSA
going to contribute anything positive to the universe, now is it? (Not that we play A2 to contribute anything but phaser energy and torpedoes!) This is, quite possibly, one of the finest ships I\'ve seen --and one of those I\'ve long awaited! The long-neglected Andorian warship (seen in Enterprise, the most prominent of which was Shran\'s flagship, the Kumari) is here, and fine enough to do the Imperial Guard PROUD! With permission, dan1025 turned one of Atolm\'s works from SFC into this masterpiece of Andorian design. It\'s enough to make you wonder why we don\'t see MORE of this species on the decks of Starfleet vessels. But then, with ships this nice, why waste your energies designing EXPLORER vessels? Best of all, it\'s (almost!) the complete package-- it comes with a build button, Admiral\'s Log pic, its own weapons, and truly awesome Borg textures. The only fault is a lack in wireframe. But that can come later! Please note that the updated readme is listed below-- dan1025 sent it in this evening. I\'ve had this ship in my mod for a little longer than that, and DAYUM does it ever look the part. So what are you waiting for? Go get those pinkskins! Or whoever else you want! This ship\'s ready to roll. Definitely worth a download! - the Kid
all living things on a planets surface. It was used by Lore, Data\'s brother, to wipe out the colony Data was created on and to attempt to destroy the Enterprise. Now you can play the game as a wide range of Crystalline life forms.
I am to believe that this one is around the 1700 mark which is a significant improvement. - SSA
nice ship worth a download.
vessel also. What is also good about this one, is that it has been polly reduced, a great start ;) - SSA
a good effort, and a nice ship ;) -SSA
e-mail. We spoke recently and their web site is included in the readme. If you want, you should be able to contact them no problem.
And with that, going by the screenshots, this is a very neat addition to Armada II. As with all \"main\" Tholian vessels, they share the same shape (I know two I am using for ZH use the same shape) though as you can see, the textures make all the difference. I am however curious as to the Tholians using Torpedoes? - Maybe I didn\'t pay enough attention to the Ent-Mirror Universe :p Nevertheless, a lovely ship here, and for any Enterprise or Tholian fan, this is (without question) a MUST! ;) - However, the \"only\" fault with this is the polly size which stands at a whooping 2000 (for the role of the ship) this is slightly high, however one can learn to cope. Good going Slider ;) - SSA
point though that this game doesn't only support Star Trek play, but more on this later. What we have is a ship of the Imperial, from the hit-game Battlefleet Gothic, a spawn from the table-top game Warhammer 40K. The Imperial (of men) is one of the many races vying for planetary conquest along with the expansion of their empire in the futuristic universe. Call this a sample then of the game. It's a powerful one at that. Don't be deceived however by the large amount of weapons that this ship has and believe me, it has a lot, however they've been fire-arc'd meaning wherever you attack this beast, it will fire 'something' at you at the very least (which, for note, I recommend attacking from the back, it's not quite as painful). The brilliance is, it's not all beams and cannons in one direction. The devastating forward rails will grill you if you wonder in front, whilst the barrage of pulses from the sides will get at your fleet. In short, this is a fleet buster. The ship it self does look really quite good, especially for a first attempt. Whilst not being fully in-the-know of BFG, I DO know this is pretty damn close to the original design, so a particular well done for that (as well as using advanced techniques with the weapons). Complete with wireframe and build button, this is a download for all your curious people out there and anybody else who likes to dabble a bit in the 40K universe. Sufficed to say, I recommend it.
computer can\'t convert Halo files I tried didn\'t work, As for the Textures I made them myself in Fireworks and converted them with Photoshop. It does not feature ad copyright breaches that resulted in Ultimate_Dragon\'s mod been removed. In fact I have given evidence inside relating to the textures which were apparent the reason UD\'s mod was removed. Assuming this get\'s though all that copyright stuff, It should be mentioned it is just a Sod and Textures, no ODF, but it does have HP maps for modders. It should be placed in armada2/ships/others All credit is given in the readme If This Violates, Any Copyright\'s Tell Me Because As Far As I Know This Is Legal, Otherwise I Understand
There we have it, this is (or at least, should be) a genuine model, with no strings attached ;) - SSA
Till the End of Time' mod for Armada 1. Ye, maybe it's just me but i must say that this blue baby just looks damn cool  and it will definitely catch your eye on the battlefield. It does a nice job in skirmish and seems well balanced for its high costs and build time. Armed with some strong dual pulse weapons & torpedos at the front it can take out most stock ships in a few seconds. Additionally it got some kind of 'uber phaser', the Creation Canon which does a lot of damage to a single ship or station; the ships itself can take a whole bunch of it :mepimp: . New weapon textures, wireframe and build button are included and be sure to check the readme for some interesting background information. Worth downloading! - TParis
the download is up to you.
Defiant & BoP Class vessels) this is a pretty nice MOD, and with a nice idea. The modified textures on the two vessels also look pretty nice for that they are being used for. - SSA
fixes, carrier battles are now part of the game. Note that there are some requirements and points of interest you'll need to consult the readme in order to figure out. Be sure to do so. Worth a look.
with a "significant quantity" of duranium alloy. Despite the vessels larger size, it was crewed with an operating complement of eighty-six.(Memory Alpha) This ship was tested in Stock Armada 2. It's a higher poly model with 1024px textures so it "may" slow down older computers. Special Features are:

Borg textures
Buildbuttons
AdmiralsLog picture
Wireframe
Phaser textures
Phaser flares
enterprise, that of the NASA space shuttle. Not only is this a complete model it also uses the MVAM features of the unofficial 1.2 patch to jettison the boosters and tank. I think this is possibly one of the best uses of the unoffical 1.2 patch so far. The author does state in the readme he might do an ISS in the future, so keep your eyes peeled for it! Complete with: buildButtons Wireframe SpecialWeapon button Lightmaps Strobe Lights Exhaust fumes
based on a beam, i had to use the cardassian missle to get the right effect for now. its very good and very powerful, had to slow production down for balance. enjoy! since this is a scaverger\'s ship feel free to modify as you like credit to activision and to all who made this game.
Well, it has all the effort of a neat little MOD, however does lack with the stock models and weapons texture. The idea however is well on it\'s way ;) - It\'s a shame you can\'t actually destory planets in Armada II, if you could, this would be a dime :p
lives, and those that do, are struck in awe at its beauty and size, and not to mention the payload it carries. Most, if not all, Retributions are millennia old, if not more. The battleships of the Gothic sector fleet are thought to be from the earliest days of the Imperium. Armed with torpedoes, broadsides of 12 cannons, lances, and smaller weaponry dotted about the extremely thick hull and encased in it's strong Void Shields, the Retribution battleship is not a foe to be taken lightly, and in Trek terms, it should take a fleet or two to take down at least.
A full mod here -- with a full set of details. Make the Immortal Emperor proud and download this one right now.
weapons and has a physics file forcing him to move in circles. The Draft Dodger special weapon will allow you to move the ship around with relatrive ease if you do not like that special feature. I mean no offense to the President, and in fact at least 2 people who collaborated on this were Bush supporters. He is our legitimate leader, but we can still poke a little fun at him. Enjoy!
was still a commander, before Farscape and Firefly and all those other lovely, gritty, "dark" science fiction dramas, there was a show. It was awesome. It was set in the near future aboard a bad-ass battleship of the stars named the Saratoga. And it was called Space: Above and Beyond. Now, for those of you young'uns who have never heard of this series before, your appreciation of this model of the SA-43 Hammerhead fighter used by the Marine pilots in that series is probably going to be limited. It is the strongest recommendation that you had best go and find out what this bad bird is all about by watching S:AAB from start to finish. For those of you who remember S:AAB, you'll no doubt get quite a kick out of seeing the Hammerhead in action in your A2 build just as soon as you can press the "download now!" button. Once again, it is the strongest recommendation that you had best do that. Right now. Seriously awesome work from mikemckeon007 here. Hopefully some Chig fighters and maybe the Saratoga herself might follow?
cool feature of a retractable sensor... thing. If you liked the last version this is worth the download.
deathstar for Twich to make, so we\'ll just have to see what else he has up his sleeve.
underestimated his abilities. This is the X-Jet, or Blackbird, seen in the three X-Men films. While the films themselves were of variable quality, this model is top-notch conversion work. Please note that any credit issues or other matters should be brought to the attention of mikemckeon007 or this site's admins as soon as possible, although it is the opinion of this staff member that sufficient credit and respect to the original modelmaker has been given. Worth a download even if you're not an X-Men fan. Actual X-Men not included.
all the three coloured versions seen in the series. It also come with a completely new model of the Nova Bomb I made a long time ago and it is also included a model of the drone weapon seen every now and then. This mod comes with the models, odfs, new sounds, new weapon sprites, build-buttons, wireframes, Admiral\'s Log Pics and special weapons. I hope you\'ll all enjoy it.
opinion that the best Tholian models around at present, are those in YesterYears (and a fine job they've done with them).
- Ash

feel strange when playing it in Armada 2 and actually could pass as a Species 8472 ship.. maybe Gomtuu was a distant cousin ;). What I really like about this mod is the energy wave which Gomtuu had in TNG, although this weapon won\'t repel enemies a few billion kilometers through space (remember the episode?). This energy wave is based on the Klingon Repulsion Wave that is fitted on the Fek\'Lhr Class (it propels a ship in a direction, damaging it and disabling its engines) so in a way this weapon is much like the one that Gomtuu appears to have in the Tin Man episode. As for the ship\'s model detail and texturing, I really couldn\'t fault it, it looks just like Gomtuu (maybe a bit light on the colouring side) However, to wrap it up nicely I will give this a thumbsup. It\'s not every day you get a rare ship like this which is implemented very well. Nice work slider17. - IKS -
add-on has except a wireframe.
Well, I can't say I know much about Star Fox, but the ship itself looks pretty nice (nice and spiky that is). It also comes in a complete package, Build Button & Admirals Log picture, though, as it says in the description, there is no Wireframe. Two Final notes. If there is a problem of any sort (regarding legal terms of this file) PM myself, Joel or Freyr. DO NOT Post within the Comments Section. Secondly, it is said in the ReadMe not to ask / mention about the Halo Modification, so please stick to that. Those that feel they need to break this request will find their comments deleted. Other than that, it seems to be a fairly decent addition. - Ash
he built for it is this one, the Ganean construction ship. It was going to build the stations of a race special to the mod, but now FahreS has put it together as a construction ship to use however you'd like. The ship is animated and works when stations are being built. Worker bees are included, and all of it glows nicely. This is FahreS' entry for the competition, and so far, it's the one to beat. This is a beautiful model and as construction ships go, it's everything you'd want.
Gotta respect CanadianBorg for his relentless energy and implacable determination. Thankfully, being a Canadian, he's polite and asks you very nicely if you'd care to be assimilated, then apologizes for his tubules in your neck. Which makes me wonder what kind of hockey team the Canadian Borg would have.... and if they assimilated Don Cherry would they all come out in natty checkered suit jackets? Now THERE'S a terrifying adversary for Starfleet. Canuck banter notwithstanding, tihs mod's worth a look. Download it now.
Federation Construction Vessel that can build all the stock Nebula\'s. Pretty Neat ;) - SSA
count's not bad considering this is a battleship, either. Maybe a hardpoint map would be nice if we're only going to release the basics in future? At least that way it's easier to mod in with no problems. - the Kid
the credits, and it doesn't look all that bad. With little to no familiarity with this ship, it's hard to say if things are where they should be. However, it looks nice, even if the textures are a little basic. Build button is included, wireframe is not. Something different from a universe we haven't seen yet.
up and coming ELITE Encounters mod, a total conversion for A2 based on ELITE

the missile frigate, the UNSC Forward Unto Dawn, the UNSC Gettysburg, and the UNSC Megalith) are not only armed with their own weapons and fighters, but now include a shipyard from which they can all be built. The yard itself is a modified STX yard, originally by icewolf132, for the use of these frigates. Can't argue with the results in this mod, and version 1.5 only improves the awesomeness.
other than that, it was mostly terrible. For some reason, these renegade Klingons were onboard a Talarian freighter called the Batris. That freighter then blew up --and a year later, in the equally terrible "Shades of Grey" clip show, it blew up about twenty times. Between it and the hapless USS Tsiolkovsky, it was a toss-up as to which explosion effect was more overused in the first couple seasons of TNG. But later, the model would reappear time and again, mostly as redressed designs in almost as many variations as the Merchantman freighter. Now, mishkaco offers you the upgraded Batris freighter, along with its only known armaments, the otherwise-never-mentioned-again merculite rockets. Note that, again, the build button and wireframe are missing, while the admiral's log pic is present. Some of you say "so what, who can't make a build button or a wireframe?" The answer to that question is, me. Also note that, once again, there's a file included without specific permission. It's something mishkaco refers to in the readme. I'm letting it slide this time in the hopes that we'll get a straight answer this way. Please speak up if that missile is your work. Download this one and re-live all your favourite scenes from episodes we'd rather forget.
Dalek invasion. The timeline he created by changing things around then became what we know as history today! Therefore, this definately belongs here its just we don\'t actually know it. ok, on a more serious note this is the second Dr Who ship to appear on A2files, unless my memory fails me we do have the TARDIS somewhere around here. Its one of the ships in the Dalek fleet that came after Earth at the end of season 27 (counting the past 40 years of Dr Who, and the end of the first series if your not counting the shows history.) While its great to see some more Dr Who models coming to A2 as you can see from the screenshot while the model is good the textures could do with some work. Hopefully we will see this and some Daleks soon!
Class Warship -------------------------------------------------- Vulcan Naval Shipyard (Inc) -------------------------------------------------- Drelex: Generally thought of as an interceptor, these small Vulcan vessels are typically used as scouts, or to support the larger Sotek. Roughly the size of the Federation Sabre, the Drelex type, whilst not very powerful are fairly quick on their feet, usually able to avoid slow moving weaponry. Sotek: The flame that drives Vulcan Logic. Almost rivalling a Klingon Vor’cha in size, the Sotek are considerably well armoured for a Vulcan Vessel. In addition to their size, these large red vessels can provide, as well as receive quite a pounding from enemy fire. Tokra: Rivalling the Federation Galaxy in size, the Tok\'ra is a formidable Warship of the Vulcan Navy. Looking in the way of the Romulan Warbird\'s sheer mass, the Tok\'ra is used to justify a stance by the Vulcan independence shortly after the separation from the Federation.

if you've been following the continued developments in CanadianBorg's SFC2 porting so far.
interesting take on an old tradition, although whether the Orions or Ferengi would be interested in buying it would make things interesting. Worth a look.
battleships, one Romulan battleship, a replacement for the stock Ferengi trading ship (not the Marauder), and a replacement for the Romulan trading ship. It comes with build buttons, Admiral's Log pictures and Borg textures. So if you remember 'em well enough, and can't convert them yourself, then this is the pack for you. Worth a look.
in game as it does have a hardpoint and two blue gas emitters for the engines for the glow effect. it can be used in both A1 and A2.
partial conversion from SFC with some kitbash parts included. Neat concept, hopefully one that can be developed further in future mods. This 'mercenary' could make a good replacement for your stock Ferengi scavenger, or an allied ship for some other race-- possibly the Orions? The possibilities are yours to discover. Worth a look.
Awesome. It is well balanced. Nice. It's just all cool. The basics of it is the very ship seen in the fan-made film, captained by Sergey Fukov (yes, I know) which swoops in and fire's a few twinklers here and there, you know, the usual when armed with twinkle beams of death. Although, it isn't quite as powerful as demonstrated in the film. The ship has just one beam and torpedo whilst her hull is pitiful. Don't worry though as resources are more than balanced to compensate for its weaponry short-comings. Included though is a build button and admiral's pic (no wireframe, but I suggest simply using a standard Constitution one) along with all other necessary files. The quality of the ship and textures is very high, whilst the edited burn marks fit in very easily and don't have that 'I've just learnt to use Microsoft Paint' feel to them. All in all, a very nice ship, worthy of a download. The only other point to make is that whilst it's set-up for a Federation ship, you could just as easily not make it one. Perhaps one day we'll get a full Pirkinning fleet.
moving, but the code is stock so it should cause no problems. The mod includes the model (sod), the texture, a basic wireframe, build-button (a normal build-button and a special weapon version) and admiral's log pic. And I made since I wanted to try something extra and it can fit well if you have some ships from that serie flying around in your game.
wireframe. Note for the staff: feel free to delete the past files being now obsolete.
included.
Looks pretty good-- I liked this model when the Bajoran Ship Pack made it available and now with hardpoints it's even better. Download this one for the full canon experience. Somebody out there's gotta be working on a Maquis Full Race mod....
Cruiser Miklon Class Warship -------------------------------------------------- Andorian Imperial Shipyard (inc) -------------------------------------------------- Neroon: Roughly the size of the Romulan Seres, these small vessels are typically used in groups, as scouts or multi-hitting aggressors. Because of their size and agility, the Neroon type are often used to lay cover fire, whilst the larger and more powerful liners go in for the killing blow. Atlira: Based off the old Kumari design, the newer Atlira vessels have since been redefined. Equal in length to a Klingon Cha\'nas , these custom cruisers are as agile as the Steamrunner and Norway of the Federation, and typically share the same common role as their former allied counterparts. Miklon: The latest design the Andorian Navy has to offer. Utilized as a front line combat vessel, and the Imperial Guards most powerful weapon. These Warships can hold their own against the might of a Klingon Vor\'cha and even a D\'Deridex Type Warbird, thanks to their heavy armour, and sleak design.
make for some heated battles with the Pangalactic Federation\'s Battleship.
little blue fighter called "Blue Hope" with apparently enormous fire power! FahreS has recreated this vessel to fit into Armada 2 with all the destructive capabilities -preserved in the odf's by Merough- and impressions from the original game. So if you have ever been at the brink of loosing a game, this ship can take out a base by itself easily without being invulnerable!
I was hoping this would be an addon for FahreS' truly awesome Project Blue of a few months back, but apparently not. If you're into 2D fighters used in a 3D gaming environment, this might be something you'll consider. And of course, fans of "Blue Wish Resurrection Plus" (which I hadn't heard of until I read the above) will want to download this as well.
take that fan-made film and replicate with some new 'P' ships. Featuring the 'Star Trek' ships in here, you get a variety of all totally balanced ships that fire twinkle beams all over the place (seriously guys, I'm not making this up). Whilst all their weapons are mostly pretty strong and their hulls have higher values over their stock counter-parts, their added resources and construction time means you won't be having a force of unstoppable ships in no time for little cost. Not only that, but other factors are included; some weapons will be less effective against particular stock ships and some weapons have a low chance of even hitting the target! Guess twinkle beams aren't exactly accurate. The only draw-back is the lack of new textures or model's to support these comical ships, or any sounds. In fact, it is essentially edited odf's. As demonstrated in the pics though, the upgrade project textures work well on them and it's advised that you add them, even if it's only wanted truly for these ships, to bring a little bit more 'new' to the plate with them. Anyhow, good editing with them, but there isn't really anything more than that.
texture used here could be a little better, it seams to have a tile effect that i dont like, again giving it a brick and building kind of feel, but overall its a good modeling job. Download if you want.
finally bothered to add Admiral Icehawk's textures to my collection. Now, you're no longer dependent on downloading Admiral Icehawk's Frigate just to recieve textures. Note this still is his ship, I'm just helping to make it better. UNSC Forward Unto Dawn, UNSC Gettysburg, and the Figates (and their Shipnames) are all copyright of Bungie, Microsoft, and whoever else owns copyright of them.
And that's about all there is to say. Download this one today.
for a quote from Futurama, your favourite futuristic cartoon set in the year 3000 and, what better way to express your enjoyment of the series then with this collection of Futurama ships including the legendary Planet Express ship, the "Nimbus"- Zapp Brannigan's ship and the flagship for DooP, the Omicron Persei 8 mother ship and missile's. So you see, it really is "the world of tomorrow!" Anyhow, details on the ships an be seen in the pictures below but before you start going on about how they look very cartoony, just remember where they came from. Granted, they shocked me on first look, the more I see them, the more they grow on me. From the look's of things, you'll have to make your own weapons for these, as these come with refrenced non-stock weapons. In this case, the Nimbus and Express ship use red lasers whilst the Nimbus also uses missiles/torpedoes could get away with it. The Mothership uses green lasers. That does seem to be it, now, if you have any problems, follow the e-mail address in the readme, I'm off to deliver some packages to Omicron Persei 9.
it\'s only for stations, he has kindly released them for general use. These ships remind me of some of the fighters from Star Wars (Shows you how much I know about Star Wars :p) with the Courier reminding my of the Naboo Fighter a bit. The Quality of these ships is very very good and they look excellent, and look alot better than their original counterparts in the original game :). These ships are accompanied by their own Beam Weapons, Sound effects and physics file so you are getting quite a package with these ships.. A very good mod, I would definitely recommend these! :D - IKS
wich gives it good marks for origonality. Nice work :)
Captain Pirk (I wish I was making this up), the CPP Kickstart. In short, it\'s a slightly upgraded Sovereign. Don\'t expect it to be running too many rings round the enemy ships, but do expect it to survive (it had a nacelle blown off, hull tears in numerous places and only was eliminated upon a devastating ram on an enemy capital) for quite a bit over the stock Sovereign. What\'s it for, you ask? Well, honestly, it\'s just a lot of fun. The textures are decent, the model fine and the weapons taken from stock and it\'ll be a bit of fun in instant action...with Captain Pirk at command...shame it doesn\'t come with any sounds really, but hey, version 2, hmmm? Anyhow, it even comes with a build button and admiral\'s pic. So, set your twinkle beams to maximum (see: not making it up) and let loose the dogs of Pirk!
from the version seen in the highly popular television series (the ship that I came to like the sight of), so for those who have seen the old and not the new, you\'re in for quite a surprise. Having not seen the film then, I can\'t really compare it to anything, but it does look pretty fun and from Cylon\'s past work, I\'m sure there are a few nice details added that people will recognise (the mural was a shock for me, but I\'m sure fans of the film will appreciate it) which gives the ship a bit of personality to it. To be honest though, there isn\'t really anything else. A nice touch though was a personalised and detailed tooltip, describing the features of the ship and what happened to it when Zaphod got his hands on it. All in all, she\'s a bit of fun and definitely a god addition for those who\'ve been wanting this since the film came out.
its missing the alpha map for lighting, which does make the textures appear a little bright across the entire model.
lovers out there, this one goes out to you.
two coloured versions seen in the series and a new one. It also come with a completely new model of the Nova Bomb I made a long time ago and it is also included a model of the drone weapon and missile seen every now and then. This mod comes with the models, odfs, new sounds, new weapon sprites, build-buttons, wireframes, Admiral\'s Log Pics and special weapons. I hope you\'ll all enjoy it.
'Futurama'. Just take a look at the screenshots, I'm sure you will make your decision quickly. :) I really hope that we will see more of this stuff in the future, keep up the great work! - TParis
downloaded separately (from Admiral Icehawk's Frigate download itself.)
what happens if you make that a realisation? Exactly what you have here and whilst trying to contain my excitement, this is bloody fantastic! Yup, we have TWO Lego models (literally, this isn\'t just designs made in lego than realised to full 3d, this is coloured Lego blocks making up ships) that come in full Armada packaging and by that I mean buildbuttons, wireframes and sounds...and weapons! This is a definite download for those who want some fun. Now, if you don\'t mind, I\'ve got some blocks here to make a rival spaceship...I wish.
Lyran combined forces, most where build in the so called "Lost Colonies" and where the backbone of the early years Lost Colonies fleet. this release has new weapons and sounds, it comes with buildbuttons in 64x64; 128x128; 256x256 and admirals picture.
weapons on a starship the Patriarch\'s main battery is centered around 10 launchers. Kzinti drones however are not your everyday garden variety missile. Complex sensor masking systems make it almost impossible for the weapons to be targeted by the targets weapons. As if that wasn\'t enough these drones punch straight through shields making life very hard on smaller ships. A mix of phasers and disruptors back up the drones. Unlike the Klingons and Romulans the Kzinti are one of the Races that chose not to design a second generation battleship. Like all of the first generation BBs Patriarch is basically an massive overgrown dreadnought. 682m long with 1310 crewmen; he is a formidable opponent in any battle. Patriarch\'s only real flaw is not one of equipment. Kzinti have a physiological need for fresh raw meat and to hunt and kill it themselves. Patriarch lacks the space to carry large numbers of live prey animals limiting his strategic range when out of supply.
their archenemy the robotic Drex. This comes with new weapons, sounds and effects, the only thing it don't have is a wireframe. I hope i have all files included into the zip-file and my installation instructions are good enough.
candles (that be the glows) and a selection of other Donut-filled weaponry, expect this to decimate the enemy forces, with a smile on your face all the time! The donut, a tradition in the history of the site, has been with us since the very beginning as the thing you can rely on in a poll, or the comment that doesn't quite sum up your thoughts on a news item due to being over-joyed by the matter. As for the details, she takes a bit of time to build, with quite a large amount of resources to get her operational, but has pretty hefty weapons to bring about on the enemy. Certainly, a fleet of these would destroy much within its sight. It looks fantastic (and certainly fits the part of being very donuty) and also has some Borg textures (just assimilate it and watch the candles)! So, for those wanting to find a way to truly celebrate the birthday, well, this is it because if you're going to celebrate, do it in style. In short, I think my thoughts and your thoughts on this, are pretty much summed up in :donut:. Happy birthday and thanks to FahreS! There is a German readme within the package./Es gibt auch einen deutschen readme, der innerhalb enthalten wird.
a build button and basic wireframe. it included an hp_map so you can add your own special weapons(no advanced battleship should be without them). This is a lovely addition to anyones fleet. Download Now.
Tholian ships to deal with impending incursions, and other hostile situations.
serious trouble. Don\'t worry though, even if your reading this late I suspect most florists will be opening until late tonight. I certainly would be if I was in the flowers business! If not, service stations probably are probably selling roses as well. This reminder is posted as a public service for the safety of our users. :) - Freyr
slight disadvantage of having lesser shield growth capacity.
in this) I\'ll let you discuss it. :) - SSA
Cape Canaveral Air Force Station's Launch Complex 36A on March 3, 1972 at 01:49:00 UTC. Pioneer 10 is heading in the direction of Aldebaran, located in Taurus. By some definitions, Pioneer 10 has become the first artificial object to leave the solar system. Now you can find it again. In A2.
should fix the emitters. However, you'll definitely need the previous version in order for this to work.
intended as a replacement for your stock Fed freighter, but definitely worth a download for all your Red Dwarf fans.
Mantra Scout Vessel. In all honesty, I have never heard of or seen a race called the Mantra so I can't give you a detailed introduction into their concept or background but from what the author says this is from his
Beyond the Void" Mod and the 'Mantra' race is from his old Star Trek RPG setting.
I haven't heard about the Beyond the Void mod but it could be something to do with the old DOS game Radix: Beyond the Void, which would explain the odd arcade 2D-shooter style colouring of the hull textures for this ship. The ship itself has got a good shape to it, but some will be put off by the textures.. If like me, you see this ship as a novelty ship, then it will seem quite cool. I actually like the royal blue/yellow textures, makes it look like an old skool arcade fighter. However it would be nice to have the option to choose between this old style DOS texturing and maybe even a stock-A2 type texturing but at the end of the day the textures make this mod stand out! It gets a thumbs up from me! - IKS (Note to Author can you contact us with your Username/Alias and email address so we can put your name alongside this mod?)
that there is a reference in the readme to sprite emitters, but no new input listed there. This may need to be looked into or addressed in the comments if it proves to be a problem for others on download. Your mileage may vary. Worth a download if you're a fan of the original, or if you want the MS3D files to give this one a try for yourself.
is the sequel to FreeSpace. FreeSpace is a flight sim in the classic Wing Commander Mold set in the 23rd Century. FreeSpace 1 starts fourteen years into a war between the Terrans and the Vasudans. The war has been dragging on for years, with little gain on either side. You start the game as a fighter pilot with the Galactic Terran Alliance (GTA) stationed on the GTD Galatea. Things are fairly basic at first, you don't have shields and your only armed with moderately dangerous laser cannons. The GTD Galatea is an Orion Class Destroyer, the capital ship class of the GTA. Its a trifile over 2km long, which certainly feels quite big when your a 20m long fighter. After fighting several battles with the Vasudans another race appears who are dubbed the Shivans. As the Shivans have fighters and bombers with shields and big painful weapons they quickly decimate several outlying systems and start working inwards towards the home systems of both sides. Realising they face destruction the Terrans and the Vasudans sign a peace treaty and an alliance against the Shivans. Eventually the alliance gets some comparable technology (by stealing it from the Shivans) and eventually fights off the Shivans with rather hideous losses. 14 years later the Shivans are detected in a recently discovered Nebula, and the Alliance actually does quite a good job of taking the system, actually making ground against the Shivans. This until one of these ships turns up. It is barely stopped before it is destroys an inhabited planet. The Alliance re-enters the nebula and soon discover that the Shivans didn't appreciate the destruction of their Juggernaught and that it wasen't one of a kind. They find another hundred of these Juggernaughts bearing down on them. In context the size of the alliance fleet is probably under fifty Destroyers, which these things eat for lunch. The alliance evacuates the system with only fighters and light ships fighting them, these ships all cluster around the Star, which they turn into a nice SuperNova. Game Over. Coming to Armada these ships should still be quite scary. The beam lasers in FS2 ignore shields and melt through heavy armor that is designed to withstand multi gigaton explosions like butter. As we all know, star trek ships rely near totally on shields in combat so the effect of a beam like this on the bare hull is likely to have the same sort of effect the torp in ST6 had on the enterprise saucer. Oh, and the Sathanas has four of them. If balanced precisely as they are in FS2 then they will be slow and shieldless (capital ship weapon pierce shields, and 20m fighters don't do much damage to a 6km behemoth) with a huge amount of armor. They should be somewhat vulnerable to attacks on the stern, as the majority of heavy armament is at the front of the ship. Don't get in front of a Sathanas.
31 advanced cloaking device. (I don\'t think it can be detected by Tacyon Detection systems either).

Trek sim. Info:- The Ships class is the SS. Vico class. The class was designed to help the Federation get opperatives into Romulan space and cause as much damage as they can. The upgrades I hope to make are:- 1) A newer version with \'Federation Intruder\' tecnology. (It\'ll be like Romulan spy). 2) To make it so it gets launched by a larger vessle. Thanks and I hope you enjoy my ship. \'Commander Theo\' (Theo Hughes-Riley)
Interesting Ideas, lets hope they turn out well :)
it looks like and eggbeater, and so that's what it's going to be called. It's got a cloaking device and some other Romulan Capabilities. Currently using an original texture and set up as a scout ship.
- TParis

seperate file at the authors request. -Freyr SSA\'s original description:- Well, another Concorde for Armada II, along with what looks to be a structure (don\'t know for sure if this is just in the screenshots or actually within the download). Still, it\'s nice to see something not related to Trek every once in a while, even if it is a plane from the 21st century wink

A couple of weeks ago we held a poll on the POTD's:- http://armada2.filefront.com/news/PoTD_Poll_Results;29115 which came out with DONUTS being one (1) singular vote away from being the order everybody wanted the POTD's posted in. Yes, we were wondering ourselves... Anyway, in retaliation I posted up this POTD:- http://armada2.filefront.com/potd/67459x#1006869 hilarity ensued. Then at no.11 Falcon posted:- #11 - wow! - Posted by: Falcon_uk (Member) on 09-07-2006 at 11:49 GREAT GRAPHICS!! Love the phaser fire and the romulan class donuts!!! 10/10!! Which gave me an idea... #12 - Posted by: Freyr (Armada 2 Files Staff) on 09-07-2006 at 12:08 WANTED One moddeler to create the "Donut" class confectionery. Ideally this class should be plain when constructed and chocolate covered when assimilated. Fahres has rose to the challange and produced not only a Donut, but a Donut box as well! As you can see from the pictures this is great! Producing the donuts (even chocolate coloured when assimilated!) was great, and worthy of a ten all by itself but the Donut box is just pure brilliance! The writing on the bottom of the box was really the best thing added to the Donuts in terms of sheer humor :) Unfortunately the filefront system won't allow me to mark things up as 11 or 12, so I am having to content myself with 10.
