Mereidex Class Warbird

Description:

This is the unusual Mereidex Warbird for the Romulans. Whilst it is clear to see that her textures aren't the best (self-admitted by Ash), the shape is certainly something commendable, so just try
Show All
and ignore that seemingly minor "blemish" when playing with this scaled down ship. Comparable to the D'Deridex, she is a support ship that will replace the Venator in-game (unless you edit it so). It comes without a buildbutton, wireframe or admiral's pic, but if you are in need, using the D'Deridex Warbird material would likely be quite effecting. Don't expect this ship to take on a small squadron of cruisers however. She may be a Romulan Warbird, but she's by no means a cunning predator. As has been said, only the textures really let her down and I do not believe it would take a long time for someone to edit or to remake them to better suit the ship. As it goes, I like the way the head of it comes out in the shape, which for the entire ship is quite an interesting design, seemingly intergrating that of the Warbird and of a smaller ship, such as the Griffin. Anyhow, for Romulan fans, you'll be wanting this ex-Zero Hour mod candidate and if you're a Klingon fan, you'll want this in-game as a target for your B'rels. All's fair in Klingon war eh?
