Call of Duty 2

Reload Realism Mod

Description:

As before, this mod is generally aimed at realism in all aspects of gameplay, but I guess the original focal point was the reload system. It's similar to the old Battlefield 1942 system in which any
Show All
remaining ammo in a clip is lost when reloading. There's quite a bit more to offer from this mod, though, so don't just take that as the only feature! Read the full list of goodies below, check out the screenshot to see the reload system in action, and download this mod now! ;) Double-tap USE key to reload Any ammo left in the clip before reload will be discarded After reloading, the number of remaining ammo clips or bullets will display on-screen No ammo counter No weapon information No stance display No crosshairs No death icons No friend icons No grenade indicators No health regeneration No killcam No death icons on scoreboard No team or player score on HUD No objective indicators on the HUD No text from Quick Messages (only sound) No obituary messages Realistic blood Only objectives shown on compass Shellshock time increased Reduced melee attack Damage levels of weapons increased (shotgun damage radius and damage reduced) 30-round clip for Thompson Cookable grenades Reduced grenade throw distance 66% chance for dead players to drop ammo or grenades or both Reduced the ammo dropped by dead soldiers (maximum one clip) Supported gametypes: DM, TDM, SD, CTF, HQ
