Call of Duty 2

Lt.Speirs' Realism Mod

Description:

Here's the second version of Lt.Speirs' Realism Mod for Call of Duty 2 single-player. It's got more features than ever and has definitely retained its uniqueness therein. :) It focuses on more of

the big-picture changes (i.e.: things you'll see take effect across an entire campaign), so if you want to give another go at CoD2 single-player, count on this mod for a totally new feel, and download it now! More Battlechatter (makes more sense now, too) Realistic weapon names Sgt. Randall and Lt. Vloysky are given their voices back (for some reason, they were left out of the final game) As Russian infantry, you have no supplies (you start with whatever ammo is in the gun -- weapons and equipment are to be procured on site, just like it was in Russia) Realistic resupply system (when you move onto another level with a German weapon, you start the next level with the ammo you had in the last level) Reworked AI weapon distribution system (less SMGs, more rifles, and equipment in general -- German soldiers loved to use Soviet equipment, so they now also have the SVT40) Realistic representation of Panzer II tank (weak against Crusader tanks -- still deadly against infantry) Bren clip realistically reduced (28 rounds -- it would often jam with more) Tweaked MG42 accuacry (realistically, the MG42 wasn't very accurate)
