Description:

I like this saber hilt here, http://www.jk2files.com/file.info?ID=17273. I have for some time. I like the skin it has. But I see nothing wrong with throwing a new skin in the mix. The original

conceptualist of the hilt has decided to take it upon himself and create a newer, better skin. He hopes by doing this he can make the hilt more popular. With any luck he’ll be right. If you haven’t seen the model before it’s a very interesting hilt. It’s like your regular saber, but with wings. It’s pretty neat. This new saber, while being similar in color scheme to the original, does some very interesting things. First off, it uses my favorite colors: red and black. It also sports some fancy shader action, which seems to have been in the original. So, it’s not new, but it works well with this new skin. The colors on the hilt move while the top of the model pulsates from red to white. It looks very nice. The only thing really missing from this is the same thing that was missing from its predecessor, mod support. With all the mods out there that support custom saber hilts, I feel at this point including that support should be a prerequisite. I’d like to see that in the future. - Daku
