Lucky Shot

Description:

Okay, when I first saw this, I thought it was a little weird, and I still do. :p Anyway, if you remember those floating sentry droids that always pestered you in JK2, then you'll immediately realize

that this is a rideable version of them, dubbed the "Lucky Shot", brought to us by SpeedStar. The vehicle handles just like a swoop, hovering a few feet off the ground, and only being able to move forward, back, etc. It also has a pretty cool weapon set to it. It looked quite familiar to me, but i can't quite put my finger on where. Sadly, I think this weapon is really only there as eye candy. Even though it has an impressive splash effect as it hits a wall, it does little to absolutely no damage. I'm guessing it has no splash damage set, and aiming with with this thing to achive an actual hit is near impossible. :( Also, this may confuse a few people as it confused me in the first few minutes. If you have a weapon drawn, maybe have your saber on, you cannot fire, and since no driver is drawn when you use this, there's no real way of telling. If you can't fire, try pressing 1 and see if that works. Overall, those bugs take away it's fun factor a bit, perhaps Speedstar, you should look into those bugs, both are extremely easy to fix. :) In any case, it's a fun vehicle to use. It just needs a bit of a tuneup in some cases. :) -TiM
